I highly recommend Lia King for all our real estate needs!!!  She has a wealth of knowledge and is always up to date on all changes and new guidelines.  She got me way more than what another realtor told me I could get for my house.  She even went to bat for me when another buyer backed out of the   deal and their realtor demanded they keep their earnest deposit.  My sale was very complicated as it was a 1031 Exchange transaction.  She was even able to find me another replacement home  in just "1" day.  She was in constant communication and extremely patient with me, always ready to explain everything I had questions about.  I am blessed to have found someone as exceptional as Lia!
